Why I made it

I made this for fun, and to learn lofting in Fusion 360. It is not a UVic AERO design and it isn’t meant to be built.

The shape follows the LS8, a single-seat sailplane, traced from side, top and front reference images.

How it’s built

I placed the three reference images on the side, top and front planes, sketched cross-sections along the fuselage to fit the outlines, and lofted through them. The wing and tail are lofts through airfoil sections along the span, mirrored about the centreline.
